Winning Friends Groups will receive a check for $100, presented at COLA's Annual Meeting in February at the State House. Representatives of all winning groups will be recognized. Complete your application and email it (you can do this by clicking on the bar above, once you have filled in the application) to cola.rhodeisland@gmail.com (along with any publicity, photos, and other documents) or mail it to: Rose Ellen Reynolds, COLA, P.O. Box 3777, Cranston, RI 02910.  The deadline is January 7th, 2009.
